Welcome to EternaRose. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every visit and purchase on this website. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
This store is operated by EternaRose, based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. You can reach us at frentiutudor96@gmail.com. We reply within 24–48 hours on business days.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
3. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Preserved roses are natural flowers, so color, size and shape can vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photos. Screen settings can also change how colors look. These small differences are not defects.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we never see or store your full card details. Bundle savings (Buy 2, Buy 3) are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
We may correct pricing errors at any time. If an item was listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders
After you order you will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel or limit an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the shipping address cannot be verified. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.
You can cancel or change your order free of charge within 12 hours by emailing us. After it ships, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
6. Shipping
Shipping times and details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control do not make us liable, but we will always help you track and resolve a late order.
7. Returns and refunds
See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.
8. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorization, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission. All text, images and design on this site belong to EternaRose or are used with permission.
9. Reviews and messages
If you send us a review, photo or message, you allow us to display it on our site and social media. We publish genuine customer reviews only and do not edit their meaning.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
